I work with clients one on one to address their health, wellness, and lifestyle goals, taking a holistic approach to create lifelong, sustainable results. We’ll start off with an initial consultation, during which we will review your current lifestyle, challenges you may be facing, and overall goals. From there, we will create an individualized plan for lasting success, and I’ll be there to support you along the way as we continue to work together!
I see clients from all over the world, and sessions can be held over email, phone, or Skype/FaceTime. If you are local to the LA area, I do have space to see a few clients in person. If you’re already prepared to make lasting lifestyle changes to reach your goals, I recommend choosing a package. Packages include customized wellness plans, constant support from me in between sessions, exclusive recipes and deals, and more. If you’d rather dip your toes in the water before diving in, you can also go appointment by appointment or choose a specialized service! You can choose from packages of 3 follow-up sessions (must be used within 3 months), 6 follow-up sessions (must be used within 5 months), or 9 follow-up sessions (must be used within 8 months). These packages include a personalized wellness plan and protocol, email support between sessions during business hours, and more. Packages are offered at a reduced price and are ideal for an engaged client looking for more support and longterm lifestyle changes.

As someone who struggled with obesity, I am so struck by Christina’s honesty and promotion of the idea that everyone needs to find their own ‘fit’ health-wise. After working with Christina, my stomach is more manageable and I can identify my triggers. I have lost weight and I am learning to accept my appearance. Each day I practice quieting my mind and implementing the tools she has given me. Now, I am excited to continue to care for my body as it changes over time.
Each night I went to bed worried about my appearance and each morning I stared into the kitchen wondering what the “right” thing to eat was.
