On this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with the wonderful Katie Dalebout from Let It Out with Katie Dalebout podcast! Katie is an OG podcaster, blogger, and author of the book Let It Out: A Journey Through Journaling! In this episode, Katie shares her story about how she found herself in the wellness space and what inspired her to start blogging and podcasting. She talks about her struggle with an eating disorder and how that affected her life and relationships. We discuss diet culture in today’s world, how social media affects our perceptions of things, and the standards women feel they have to stand up against. Katie also talks about how journaling has changed her life and what it was like writing a book and becoming a published author. Katie talks about meditation, self-care, and much much more!
